LATIUM MORINI, SOAVE - from Veneto, Italy, and the Soave appellation, this Garganega and Trebbiano dry white wine blend is good for any time of day with delicate hints of bitter almonds typical of Soave. Think Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Gris, with a bit more richness. Start your guests off with this wine & appetizers when they arrive.

LES JAMELLES, VIOGNIER - The Languedoc-Roussillon region in southern France is a land of contrasts, boasting coastline and mountains, and Viognier! It  is the only permitted grape for the French wine Condrieu in the Rhône Valley, but here it grows well. It is similar Chardonnay, with the full-bodied mouth feel, but more apricot and stonefruit characteristics, than apple. Bring on the gravy as this wine balances out the heavenly meaty sauce!

VINO LAURIA, FRAPATTO - This wine from Sicily, Italy will blow your mind with its silky texture, sweet red berries, spice, versatility and medium to light-body. One of Blanco's favorites!

MARIETTA OLD VINE, ZINFANDEL - from California this deeply rich red wine is predominantly comprised of Zinfandel, and combines pure fruit, a supple mouth feel and a rich, solid structure. Zinfandel has long been a staple Thanksgiving wine and one of the best with Turkey.
