We deliver your package via the fastest, safest, most cost-effective way. 

What states can I legally ship alcohol?
Five states—Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Nebraska and New Hampshire—and the District of Columbia authorize the direct shipment of all spirits as specified. Eight states allow the direct shipment of beer and wine as specified: Delaware, Massachusetts, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Vermont and Virginia.
Colorado allows inter-state alcohol shipments from a liquor retailer or wholesaler. 

Does a person over 21 need to sign for my alcohol delivery?
Yes, State law, as well as FedEx & UPS policy, requires an adult signature at the time of delivery for every package containing alcohol. In placing an order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21-years-old. 

What are the dimensions of the packages?
Cheese orders will ship in an 8 x 8 x 8 corrugated box, unless otherwise noted for larger orders or alcohol collections. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, no exceptions. 

How is cheese and meat wrapped when shipped?
Proper storage for your cheese preserves the purity of its flavor while extending its shelf life. Cheeses are wrapped in 2-ply premium cheese storage paper that simulates the environment of a cheese cave and allows the cheese to breathe. Other accompaniments are wrapped in bubble wrap.  

How long will the package stay cold?
The order is shipped in an insulated FDA compliant and leak resistant thermal lined shipper inside a corrugated box. This system preserves freshness and quality for 48+ hours with the addition of 2 single-use cold packs. 

Can I include a gift card?
Yes you can request a gift card be added to your order at no additional cost.

Can I pick up my package from the store instead of shipping?
Of course. We would love to see you. Let us know when you will be by to pick up. 

Can I substitute cheeses or meats in the collections? 
Unfortunately, we can not make substitutions within collections. The items in each collections are curated & selected for the perfect bite and price. Occasionally we may be out of stock of an item from the supplier, so we may substitute a cheese within the same profile.
